AquaSure
Aquasure Not working

Dear Sir,

I've purchased a Aquasure water filter two years ago. From last one month it stopped working. I approached the vendor who had sold filter and he redirected me to some other vendor who would provide service to this water. After followingup for 10days i approached Eureka forbes help line 04039883333 and booked a complaint on 5th of July with complaint number PR 5/23. The executive to whom i spoke told his technical person would attend the call in 48 hours time. But till today there is no response from the Eureka Forbes even after serveral perusals. Request your suggestion on this.
