Not Deliver the Gift

This is Mufeed Mughal, I ordered LOVE BANK on 11th Feb.'09. to Archiesonline services.

My order # AL0209-4485. But still they didnt send to correct person and I am working in Dubai, I called them many times they told me we already send it.

When I called to Customer Service Centre they transfer my call to many places. They were just playing with me.

I need quick action against such customer support executives and we need real justice.
