Refund of Enrolment Fee

I have paid Rs.7940/- towards enrollment fee for Courses Maya and 3Ds Max in the month of January 09.The courses were short term courses i.e., to be held only on Weekends. At the time of payment they didn't mention any timing or date of commencement of classwork. I am an employee and I was moved to other project in which I had to work on weekends. So I called Arena and told that I cannot take the course (by this time they have not yet mentioned the timing & date of classwork) and asked for refund of my enrollment fee. Its been 3 months I have been asking them for refund and there is no response from them. I haven't attended even one class. I told that I cannot attend well before the commencement of the class. I request refund of my money
