Faulty Unit & spoiled my kitchen

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a water Purifier of Arise company for Rs.8500/- which was installed at my residence on 21/10/10 at V-1, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. thru their dealer M/s Tirupati Traders, Najafgarh, Delhi thru bill No.018 dt 21/10. From the very beginning this was defective pc & this has spoiled my kitchet as well as was of the joining room.

Then I filed my case to Mediation centre for compromise. after 3 dats at one stage they were ready to pay me Rs6500/- after deducting Rs.- & i was ready to compromise, but at the final stage the dealer back out & nothing was done. A letter of No settlement was given by the mediation centre.

Now I request you to penalise him & ask him to pay me damages with all my expenses of traveling & other expenses. I want my whole money back with damages from him.

Now I request you to take a action against the company & the dealer M/s Tirupati Traders, Plot No. 8, Khaira Mor, Najafgarh, New Delhi & Mb: 9312240353. & arise company Ph: 25055322/25035322 Customer care # 09810312322.

Please take the action & get my money back.
