Hello Tune charges being deducted

Hi,
To start with the Mobile number I am referring to is 9810108693 which is a business (which involves a lot of client & customers interactions over the phone) number.
Since last a couple of weeks there has been a hello tune on my phone which I had never requested for. Also on finding out more from customer service department it has been found that An Annual Charge has been deducted for the hello tune service witout any information to me.
Also, in addition to my anger you (airtel) have been changing my hello tunes on every 1-2 days & putting a tune of their own choice which at times are very vulgar & stupid songs (includes a lot of regional music as well) to be put on any business phone. Also every time the tune is updated the charge is deducted.
I had spoken to an airtel reprenstative 'Ashwini Singh' who promised for the deactivation of this hello tune & also a call back for supervisor a week back which I have not got till date.
I spoke to Daisy on 02/08/08 & she was so rude as I was asking her to do unsubscribe the service over the phone & she hung up the phone on me after quite some time (I informed her that I need further assistance).
Today morning (around 1 am) when I called I spoke to Anshul who said the systems are down & to call after 4 hours. I asked for a supervisor & he kept me on hold for 16 mins without me knowing what is happening on his end & then I had to disconnect the phone.
Now what I want is:
1) The annual charge deducted by you to be credit to the account on an immediate basis.
2) Strict Action to be taken against the above mentioned agents for being rude or unhelpful & abandoning call.
3) All the charges that have been deducted for the the change of hello tunes to be credited back immediately.
4) Immediate call for the Manager in Complaint Department on the mobile no 9810961333.
5) Please provide me a direct number from the authority till this issue is resolved.
I hope you would understand my anger & would show the customer service that airtel can provide to resolve this issue on an immediate basis. Please do understand that this is a business phone and I am loosing out on my business because of this.
