Non Receipt of Registered Post

Dear Sir,

I have send an application for Joint Entrence Examination AIEEE to the Joint Secretary, PS-1-2, Institutional Area, Extention, Patparaganj, Delhi - 110092 through registered post with A/D from Tollyganj Post Office (Receipt No - C RW140908746 IN) dated 08.12.2011. We understand from above office that above documents has not been reached / delivered till date 24.12.2011. Kindly note that last date of Receipt of above documents is 31.12.2011. So today I went to Post Office with a request letter to exepidite the matter so that it should reach within 31.12.2011. But we are sorry to note that neither they have accepted my letter nor they have shown any interest to take action. Whether it is expected service from a Govt Organisation. We are requesting to all officials to take necessary action so that it should reach within 31.12.2011.
