CHARGED DOUBLE AMOUNT

On 22nd Sep09 I had purchased a wallet (Rs 525) and a bracelet (Rs 125) form Arora Enterprises//Archies Gallery Punjabi Bagh. It total costs Rs 650.00.And to pay the amount I gave my ABN AMRO DEBIT CARD to the shopkeeper at the first time when he tried to swipe the card he said that he is unable to swipe it as the card machine cant read the card properly so he tried to swipe it again and he asks me to give the pin code of the card after that he said the payment is gone through. And after two days on the website of ABN AMRO Bank I checked my account details the statement shows that the payment of Rs.650 was charged twice from my debit card at a same place. On 27th Sep09 I went to that shop again along with my bank statement as a proof of Double payment and the shopkeeper said 'no its not possible i had charged your card only once. He showed me the bill reciept and I had shown him my bank statement that it shows clearly you have charged Rs 650.00 twice from my card. Then I said 'ok let me to talk my bank I called ABN AMRO Bank customer service in front of the shopkeeper I asked the Bank customer care representative that i want to have some enquiry about my bank account and I told the same thing to him that my account statement shows that my card was charged twice with a payment of Rs 650.00. And he replied saying yes it was charged twice from ARORA ENTERPRISES//ARCHIES GALLERY. I said ok and I asked the representative to tell the shopkeeper the same thing that my card was chared twice from your shop and the shopkeeper said no no its not possible your bank is lying and disconnected the phone. The shopkeeper told me that he will not return me the money back and without saying anything and came out from the shop.

This is my humble request you to kindly take an action regrdg the above mentioned situation.
