Panasonic A/C not Working

I purchased Panasonic Air conditioner 2 Ton on 19th May Model -cs-yc24jky. It was not working from the I brought. Many times I telephoned to them but there is no proper response from them. After long time they told that I have to buy a double Booster after fixing that only A/C will work. I told them first you fix that let me check and then I will buy, They fixed it for testing it got bursted. Again I called and told them that the double booster (Protectar) you placed has got bursted, Till now there is no response from them. Even I called Panasonic People they are telling that not their duty. I hav spent Rs.35000/-to buy this Airconditioner but it no use and only my money is waste I dont know how I will get my money back or this A/c will work or not.
