Not honouring my cheques

It is really amusing that without any intimation or any reason, this bank is not honouring any of my cheques given for my insurance coverage, though i have got more than enough cash in my account. and i am requesting for a online checking option, they are not able to provide me even after 5 months. i want to close this account and move to some other bank
