Exposed Gutter Waste/ problem of Bribes

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of No 73 New Mangla Puri, MG Road, New Delhi 110030, and this is regarding a problem that I have been facing for a long time now.

The person who is responsible for the cleanliness and sanity of our area, has been acting irresponsible and leaving the inside garbage of the gutters openly exposed right outsize our building entrance.

On confronting him, he asks for 'Bribes' to take care of the same. It is shameful that once again this problem has aggravated right after diwali, as he has left the gutter waste exposed outside, exposing us to mosquitoes and diseases and further refuses to dispose it till we pay him 'diwali baksheesh'.

I have also taken pictures of his blissfully ignorant act.

Through this letter I humbly request you to take stringent actions preventing further such negligence from his part. I would also humbly request you to tackle he situation of him holding us at ransom, exposing us to all kinds of filth, just so that he can earn and eat out of a fat 'bribe'.
