Chitralekha issues
Not getting chitralekha copies after subscription

I have subscribed the chitralekha weekly online. My order number is - 10925.

I made this payment on 5-Jan and till today I got only copy of Chitralekha.

for getting a copy of chitralekha issue in pune, i have to send an email to chitralekha everyweek and call them also... I also send an email to editor for refund my remaining amount and close the subscription... but no reply.

If they are not able to send the copies close down the subscription.

www.chitralekha.com group is fraud and they are just doing business on the name of respected "Late Mr. Vaju Kotak"

The same problem is there yet.

Last week i got chitralekha dated - 22nd March on wednesday..(17-Mar at 10:30 PM)

I don't understand which courier service you approach for delivery who deliver at 10:30 PM.

This week's chitralekha - I didn't receive yet - which should have deliveried on 20/21 March.

I think, there is no point to send email everytime to get my copy after a week late... even after paying all money.

Before confirming the order, don't you check wether your distribution chanel is working or not?

I am totally fade with the service of chitralekha.

Accept the fact that you people are failed to deliver the copy of chitralekha, and close this deal and give my remaining money back.

I don't want to leasion any execuse now onwards... Let me know to whom I would contact to get my money back.
