Poor Services at ESI Hospital at Rohini Sector-15

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I Nand Kishore went to a/m Esi Hospital on &&&-- as my wife was admitted there. In hospital the condition of Ladies toilets were so bad that no one can stand even for a movemevt near to them. then how a question of using of the same shall arise??? means it is not possible to enter & use.

Secondly, the behaviour of staff (attendents) was very rude & was hurting the feeling of the patient.

The food should be served by seeing the condition of the patient & not on general basis. Some Patients are not at all taking where as some patients who are recovering should be served extra.

every month we are paying for this service & avails Hospital's service once in a blue moon. So you are requested to look into the matter & do the needful.
