Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I Nand Kishore went to a/m Esi Hospital on &&&-- as my wife was admitted there. In hospital the condition of Ladies toilets were so bad that no one can stand even for a movemevt near to them. then how a question of using of the same shall arise??? ...
