I am not satisfied with service of Ashish Engg. Pune for repairing services

I have given LG make microwave for repairs on 25th April. This has neither been repaired nor returned back in six months!!! The company has already expressed their inability for repairs three months back. I am co-ordinating with Supriya and her husband - Mr. Amol Kalre.

We don’t have any receipt as we got the address of this agency through Just Dial. She sent her technician and taken away Microwave from my home on the same day.

There is a close follow up with her for last six months but no effect of my polite follow up. After filing this complaint, the microwave was returned on 28th July but it was in very bad shape - the door could not open. I returned it and asked them to pay the replacement cost. But no action so far after almost three months!! My earlier doubt on Microwave condition was true that it must have been spoilt.

I need to get the cost of new Microwave or I have to lodge a complaint in consumer court. Such a lousy services I never have experienced in my life!!!

This is mere wastage of my valuable time in follow up, wastage of money on phone and loss of Microwave facility at home.
