Irresponsible sales staff

I had wished to get my flat painted and contacted the dealer of asian paint. they were prompt enough to assign a sales executive named hitesh sharma who was supposed to visit my flat and give quotation. now, this hitesh sharma is just not made to be a sales guy. he is making some lame excuse or the other and he has missed the dead lines on several occassion. first, he took one week to visit the flat, then another week to take the measurement and one more week has gone by and he is yet to submit the quotation which he was supposed to submit last monday. is this what we expect from asian paint and its sales team???
