Loss/misplaced of Refund of Rs 13500

I had applied vide application no 05416838 for Rs 20250 in the public issue of Atlanta Ltd and I received a refund of Rs 132500 (Refund Order No 954) and the said refund has been deposited in my a/c with PNB Delhi but the said refund has not credited in, my account till now. My bankers says no such refund of Rs 13500 has been encashed by us. Kindly look into the matter.
