Loss of my atm card

Sir..,

i loss my atm card on 28-02-09...

when i check the balance through my pass book it was 1200 rupees less i my acnt...

we know its impossible to draw the amount without knowing the pin...

i think its may be the problem of Andhra bank servicing... but how it possible..l..?
