ATM
Atm cash not received but deducted from my account

I swaped my state bank of patiala card in the atm of SBI bank jamalpur (Ludhiana) to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 i received that amount but from account two times 10, 000 is deducted.so, please tell me how can i get that amount back.
