CASH NOT RECEIVE BUT DEBIT IN ACCOUNT

Sub: Transaction error in ATM

Sir

I tried to withdraw Rs.10, 000.00 from ATM located in Alopee baugh ATM at 10 am, on 30-07 time but got the message ‘Time out’. But in the mini statement which I got from the ATM shows a Rs 10000.00 withdrawal transaction on that date; which is not correct.

You are requested to do the needful for corrective action and credit this amount to my SB account No.11076070003 SBI Main Branch.
