Cash not Dispensed in ATM but Account Debited vide Transaction no 2609 at Bank of Baroda Kashmere Gate, New Delhi

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Sonia Chaudhary having account no 20012632416 with State Bank Of india, Kishanpura Branch (Branch Code 08572), Gohana Road Panipat Branch, did two transaction numbers 2609 & 2611 on 09/04. I would like to draw your attention for these two transactions that –

Tran No Transaction Status

2611 Was Successful & ATM Dispensed a sum of Rs 200/-

2609 Was not successful and ATM did not delivered Rs 200/- and the same was debited to my Ac

In your earlier reply, via mail, you have answered only for transaction no 2611 not for 2609. Therefore you are requested to look in to the matter again (for transaction number 2609) and credit a sum of Rs. 200/- which was wrongly debited to my account ASAP
