Non withdrawl of amount with atm

I have a saving a/c in your bank k block branch kidwai nagar kanpur having a/c no. 1988000402857264. i have withdrawl Rs. 15000/- with Allahabad bank ATM situated infront of hallet hospital dated18.11.2009 at 15.05p.m. but the amount was not withdrawn and the amount was deducted my account . so kindly credit my money in my acccount as early as posible.
