Withdrawl money from atm taken back by ATM

On 29th april at about 8.26 pm.i withdrawn Rs.15000 (fifteen thousand Rs.only), from SBI ATM of Bikash Bhavan, salt lake, Kolkata.but before collection all amount went back inside ATM.and withdrawl slip showed 15000Rs.deduction from my account. I called customer care immediately, they said it will automatically be deposited in my account within 24 hrs, if not contact your account branch. I had given an application to the concecernd officer in my Jeevandeep branch, kolkata with my withdrawl slip on 08.05.2008.Again I went to Bikash Bhavan branch of SBI, again submitted an application for my money on 15.05. but till now no action has been taken.please do needfull so that i can get my money back.
