Home Theatre develops problem in electrical system

I bought a Philips DVD Home theatre System HTS 3545 around 12th May. the company person promptly came to our house in Pune and installed the system and showed demo. Everything was ok till he stepped out of the house. The moment he stepped out, the system started making a fault in our house's electrical wiring. now when ever we switch on the heome theatre the MCB trips. We called the person who showed us the demo, within 3 minutes of he leaving our place. He said that he would come back and check, but till now he hasn't manageed to find our place. We have been calling their service station daily, to get the answer that by evening their technician would come and solve our problem. Till date no one has turned up.
We are totally fedup with the service Philips is giving to its customers and would definitely advice no one to buy any product from this company.
As a last resort i am consulting my lawyer and planning to sue the company
