Saving acccount no. 2080 in C-4 Janka puri, Delhi. I Tried to withdrawl Rs. 5000/- with IOB vikaspuri ATM on 02 nd april at 18:38 but was not able to collect the money but Rs. 5000/- was deducted from my account. After that I withdrawl another 5000/- and collect the money. Now Total of Rs. 10, 000 /- is deducted from my account but i got only Rs. 5000/-.Same day i talk to the helpline no 1800-425-4445 and they told me that they will be credit Rs. 5000/- in two days but i checked my account and they didn't done yet. My complaint no. is 3040904.Please Provide any help regarding the matter. Waiting for your kind response.
