Damaged Bag

Sir,

I had purchased one bag worth Rs.399/- on 28.06.2009 and within 20 days the stiching of the bag spoiled without rough use. When i approached seller for replacement or repair he refused completely saying that the bag is imported and we can't do anything to it and even if i asks on next day of purchase they can't help.

Generally every bag seller provides 1 year warranty.
