I want to know wheather it is true or not

One month before I received a mail from australrian lottery company that I have won one million USD. for that they asked me to pay 500 USD. I proceeded that money. Now they were asking pay 950 USD for transfer of my prize. I want to know it is true or not. shall I pay the amount to that company? they gave me the address of australian headquaters: No5 commonwealth centre, Adelaide SA 5000. South Australian.

their financial instution address is :23 Gospel lane Owerri Imo State Nigeria, Please reply me that this company is true or not.
