None reciept gift even after several months

Dear SIR,

My subscription number is AUTO1594562, and I am getting the magazine regularly wef july 09 but to date I have not got the gifts assured at the time of making my yearly subscription inspite of many telephonic requests made to your customer care department. The last such request on 20 nov with Mr Rajender Singh informed me that the gifts will be delivered to my residential address within one week and the delay is regretted by INDIA TODAY GROUP.I had been given same answer by Ms Revati on13 oct and by Mr Javed on 21 oct.

May I know if this is just a sales gimmic!!!

Incidently I am a regular subscriber to your mail today and india today publications because of their excellent coverage of the news and current affairs.
