Auto Not agrreeing to Ply

Yesterday at 5.20pm near my office at Hyat Hotel at Santcruz (east) Mumbai an Auto Driver refused to take me to Scantcruz East station despite the fact I sat down in the Auto. The Auto registarion No.is MH 03 AA 344, the name of the driver is Santosh Pandey (that is the name he has gven to me). After I told him where I want to go he said that he wants to surrnder the Auto as his daily contract gets over.

It is found that in this area everyday we have to struggel to get a auto to go to station. Even Taxi which are parked at the Taxi stand there ply not on meters but on Fixed rate.

I would request the RTO authorities to take up the matter of the Auto for refusing to take a passenge
