I want to complain on this great auto driver

his vehicle license expired in 2008 itself, but still he is running it in city where traffic police will not see all these things. He also tampered his meter its running even when the auto is stopped how funny it is... He demanded 60 rs for meager 6 km ie 10/km. B'coz his meter is showing that reading. He didn't have good manners too. simpley while returing change he throwed down a left. First fellow in Banglore I came accross. He is threat to our image. pls take some action
