Harrasment of payment, double instalment, one in cash and with bank charges and also instalment cheque no 307444 of sbi nagerbazar branch

Dear Sir,

The above loan has been sanctioned by you, by fixing EMI for Rs. 3040/- . I have submitted 84 nos. of post dated cheques @ Rs.3040/-to you at the time of disbursment. In the month of December you have sent cheque no. 307444, to SBI Nagerbazer BR through clearing, which was wrongly return, susequently your agent informed over mobile on 16th december that my cheque has been dishonour and instructed me to deposit Rs. 3040/- plus Rs. 450/- as banks charges in cash. Accordingly I have deposited the money for Rs.3490/- vide chash receipt No. 13461964 dt.17/12. Signed by Sandip Kumar Dhara. In the mean time I had send a application to return the said cheque to my home address, so that I could lodge a complain against my bank SbI. In the mean time When I updated my pass Book of SBI, I came to know that the said cheque (307444) was debited 19/12.

My question is why you have taken double instalment? And why you have not return my cheque of which I asked for? I need the cheque No. 307444 other wise I have no way but to take up the matter to the appropriate authority. You very much know, that I am a doctor, I have some social status, you have no right to do this type behavier. Your early action this matter will benifited you.
