AUTO METER FAULTY
Atuo meter faulty and overcharging

Hi,

I Took an auto from jayanagar 4th block to lalbagh west gate. Generally the meter reading come as 18 as per old metre reading system of 7 Rs per kilometer. The guy was still using the old meter of Rs 14 for minimum first 2 kms. Effective from august 1 the meter reading og auto should had been starting from Rs 17. On the top of that he charged one and a half for the distance so where i woulf had paid less than twenty, i had to cough up Rs 40 at 9:15 pm. This has happened with me from time to time

The auto number was KA03 A 6285. At the same time he was playing a blaring music in the auto. What i the traffic police doing in bangalore?
