ADJUSTMENT AGAINST EXCESS BILL PAID

Dear Sir,

due to cable fault, we received average bill in the month of September 08' and november08'. which was very high. we had paid the excess bill. Again in the month of October and December08' minimum charges were taken as Rs. 200000, which is actually Rs. 100000.

we request to make refund the excess money paid by us or adjust this in next coming bills.
