Efusal to ply

I had been at the airport on 30/03/09 to drop my relative at Kingfisher departure. After dropping him at the airport terminal I had to come back to the Rly station (Vile Parle).

We approached the rickshaw driver of vehicle no. MH 02 SA 7861. He asked where we wanted to go, when we said Rly station he bluntly refused saying he can't go without his no...

if he can't go without no then why did he stop and ask.

Secondly there was no cop to assist in this harassment else the cops are there where they get a chance to make quick buck.

Action should be taken against these errant drivers and the cops on duty at that post.

Possibly there permit / license should be cancelled.
