Misbehaviour of Rickshaw Drive

I caught the Rickshaw from Sai-baba complex goregaon (east) at 9.00 in the morning. The driver did not stop the rickshaw even after telling him to wait for a minute. I had some wok hence had advised him to stop for just 1 min. He did not stop however, he started arguing and fighting with me.

Later he started driving very harsh, when i told him slow down he started fighting with me.

I really hope something is done for such type of cases as have never ever received any communication or any type of consideration from you`ll. Kindly look into the matter as this is becoming a major problem in city like Mumbai.
