Auto rikshaw drivers refuse to go required destination and talk very rudely

Hi,

I regularly commute by Auto rikshaw from Vikroli Stn (W) to Godrej compound Plant no. 5. We can see a bid queue of auto rikshaws standing but most of them refuse to go, today I was with my colleague the rikshaw driver made her get down saying this is not a shared auto so I will take only one person, where my frein had to get down. We told him we are not paying a shared fare its a meterwise fare we would pay, but he denied and spoke to us very rudely. I have noted down the auto's no as well: MH-03, J-3800

These kind of issues we face regularly, can somebody please take a strict action on this.
