Refusing to ferry passenger to desired location

Hi, I'd like to register a complaint against an autorickshaw with license number MH-02 VA 5071. The driver refused to take me to Andheri station from Chakala cigarette factory on the 20th June. Besides, he did not even possess a valid driving license and even spoke rudely. Please could the concerned authorities look into the matter and take appropriate action against this errant foul mouthed auto driver.
