Ran away after Accident

Last week I was driving my car through Kalina, when a rickshaw came and banged my car in the rear. I immediately parked my car on the side and walked out to talk to the rickshaw driver. There was a dent on my car and I asked the rickshaw driver to come with me to the nearest police station. He agreed and as soon as I got in my car, he sped away with his rickshaw.

I noted the rickshaw number: MH 02 OUA 9064.

I would appreciate if some action is taken against such errant drivers immediately.
