Autodriver charging excess amount

I travelled from Kalyaninagar Gold Big Cinemas (Mariplex complex) to Magarpatta City-Tower-2 by auto (reg no: MWR 2970) on 5th December, Friday at 11:50 am in the morning. I travel in this route almost everyday by auto and the meter would be showing in the range 6.50 to 7.00. No autodrivers were willing to come for meter charge and this autodriver asked me to pay Rs.20 extra. I agreed to it as I had no other choice to reach my office. In the end, the meter was showing 8.10 which itself was running faster than normal. He asked me to pay Rs.90 in total. If he was running on a calibrated meter, I would be paying a maximum of Rs.60 only. So he charged about Rs.30 in excess and he was not willing to even listen to me and started shouting in my office premises. I would like to make a complaint against the driver and request you to take necessary action against him. Please let me know if you need more details.
