Refusal of auto Drivers to take a passange

Hi,

The Autos near Seepz/MIDC area always refuse to carry any passenger to Andheri Station/Kanjurmarg/Powai.

there is a group of auto drivers who park their Autos near TCS office, opp Tunga Paradise, but refuse to go anywhere especially during Peak hours (around 6 pm to 8:30pm).

Because they park their autos in this lane, their is hardly any spcae left for others to walk or drive any vehicle.

Urge you to look into this and either fine these auto drivers or sabotage their Driving license, so that no other auto drivers refuse to take anyother passenger.
