Different product delivered

Hello,

In october I had placed an order for (Ladies Swatch watch and Fido Ladies Bag). After 2 weeks I received the courier which did not have the product I had ordered for. It had a different Bag (very dirty) and a Men's Watch delivered. With this different product I also received a letter that said since the items I ordered for were not available they have delivered some other product. This is unacceptable, without any intimation how can this merchandising firm delivere me whatever they want to be cleared from their inventory.

I am not ready to accept this product. After this I have called them more than 10 times in last 1 month and each time they tell me that they willl send some courier guy to pick the stuff from my home but till date no one has ever turned up. Please advise me what step I can take against these people. I have already paid for the product when I had placed the order.
