Product not received

Dear sir

i have placed an order of digital blood pressure monitor having product code no 808on 25/08 having order no 040117400 and they told me that i will receive that product with in 14 days till up to now one month gone and i have not recieved any product and the amount is also debited from my credit card in EMI. i have written 3-4 times mail to the company and called them more then 10 times to there coustmore care but i have not received any proper answer abt my product delievery. i donot know how they got an ISO 9001 when they are not obeying the ISO rules.

pls look for this matter
