Subject- Complaint about not receiving postages.

Dear Postmaster,

I have observed since last few months that my letters and postages are missing from post office.

I have some subscriptions of magazines like Outlook Travel, Century Magazine, Tahelka weekely, Gruha-Shobha marathi

And Champak etc. those I’m not getting regularly.

I would be very thankful to you if you could take necessary action in above said matter to avoid my losses.
