Non payment of rider, benifits, as commited

Sir co is not paying my rider benefit as mentioned in policy to pay Full insured on any nine major disease occurs in policy period, as they says that treatment was not taken as per there norms or they r not satisfied with the treatment taken on my HEART ATTACK as it was commited to pay full insured value, on any problem out nine major disease, in which HEART ATTACK is aloso mentioned, now not paying my insured value, and as well as case is also running in INDORE BASED CONSUMER FORUM
