Regarding my PF Withdrwal

Dear sir,

I am AjayMishra worked with "AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE CO. INDIA LTD" Indore branch. from 01-Augest-08 to 09-April-09

My Emooyee Code -17232

I have sent my Pf withwral to company head office.to below address

but company raise a recovery from myside of Rs 16763, and asked me tro clear recovery amount after that you can withdral your PF Amount.

Is that wrong or any suggestion please give me.

So please help me sir what can i do for my PF withdral amount.

Is PF amount withdral my legal raight.
