Non disbursal of my PF Amount on getting relieved from the Company

I would like to inform you that, I have got relieved from AVIVA Life Insurance Co. India Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi, on 30/09.I was based at Ranchi Office, but till date they have not disbursed my PF Amount to me. My PF A/c No: DL/25803/7799.

I had requested them to transfer the PF amount to my new PF A/c No: 540564 with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. But they have neither transfered nor disbursed the amount.
