Nokia 6275 CDMA Mobile
Ringer not ringing

I had purchased Nokia 6275 CDMA Mobile on 01/11. The ESN No is 02616719145. All of a sudden the incoming ring stopped. On 03/04 I had given the mobile for repair to Akshay Telecom India Pune. They had informed that the ringer is not working and it will take two days for repair. Till date the mobile has not been repaired. In between when I contacted Akshay Telecom they informed me that there is a small water damage which could have been because of using the mobile in AC (This was not informed when these people had opened the mobile for changing the ringer). Is Nokia handset not compatible for ACs. This is a personal mobile only used by me. Now today they are confirming that the handset will be given on Mon or Tue. This is my second bad experience with Nokia Mobile. Before purchasing any Nokia Mobile think twice. If I do not get repaired mobile on Mon or Tue I will be left with no option but to file a suit against Nokia in Consumer Court.
