Fraud transaction done using my credit card againt the premium payment

Dear Sir,

I have an Aviva Unit Link Policy and my premium was due on Jan 14 and 17 respectively. I was thinking of paying the premium as I received the premium notification for the same. But surprisingly came to know that without my knowledge they used my Credit card for the premium payment. I came to know this when I received an alert message from the credit card. I use the credit card when I took this policy last year and without my knowledge they have stored my credit card information and also they didn't informed me before they do this transaction. The transaction amount was Rs. 24, 000.00 (i.e. Rs. 12, 000.00 on 15th January ’09 and Rs.12, 000.00 on 17th January’09) towards the AVIVA premium, and this was happened without bringing into my notice. As per the Law no organization are allowed to store the customer credit card information and it is an offence, . So, I would request you to guide me how to proceed with them to get my full money back including my initial premium amount. Please suggest me regarding this.
