Rain water Leakage

On dated 13-11 i was travelling from H Sahib nanded to jalandhar by Sachkhand express vide PNR 1243543609 along with family. At about 2100 hrs rain water entered through emergency window due to which water was there on the whole floor which further spoiled our luggage lying under seats. Further we shifted the luggage to one of our berth. Due to this two members have to spend whole night on one berth. This caused great inconvenience.

TTE was also helpless. Kindly take some action regarding this so as to avoid any loss. Kindly acknowledge. Thanks.
