Hello sir

Actually i bought a sweater (style-08A1096K46P6, color-266, size-L) on 07/12/08 from your store called Benetton India private ltd., Agent: Shri Krsna Motors I&2, Panch Batti, MI road, jaipur-302001 TIN no. 08502101831... so sir my complaint about merchandise is that it got pills within 23 days... i hardly wear it for 5-6 times... n it looks like i am using it from a year..really its true..your brand is one of my favourite and i am using your products from a long time... but first time the wool performance astonished me and it cost me Rs. 1900..so i hope you will do something about it..and i want to get it exchanged..i stay in jodhpur..so its not possible for me to visit the store... so looking forward for your response...
