Indian railways ticket reservation

Sir,

I went for ticket booking in IRCTC website on 20/10/08 through my Axis Bank debit card. Ihave attempted four times to book a ticket. Every time when I am trying to pay for the ticket server was hanged and the transaction was failed.

I was repayed for the three transactions and till date i have not been paid for the fourth transactions. I have not been issued neither the booked tickets nor payment.

Kindly make necessary arrangements to get payment
